The PTSA is the Parent Teacher Student Association. The PTSA mission is to support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, in the community, and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children; to assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children; to encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation. At LMMS, the PTSA strives to uphold the mission and purposes of the National PTSA, as well as create a positive impact in the LMMS community. The LMMS PTSA works diligently with school administration, staff, parents and the community in providing improvements for the LMMS community. This would not be possible without YOUR membership! A PTA membership provides many benefits to a card-carrying PTA member. National PTA and Georgia PTA offer a variety of PTA Member Benefits from businesses and organizations. Some are ongoing, while others are seasonal or event related. Use your PTA membership card to take advantage of these benefits. Georgia PTA Member Benefit Providers Alliance Theatre offers a 20% discount on tickets for some events. Tickets must be purchased in groups of six or more.
